Coumba Touré

based in Senegal, is the Chair of Trust Africa.org board and board member of Women Building up and the Baobab centre. She is the founder of Invisible Giants, celebrating women working for positive changes in their communities. She is a storyteller and children’s book author. She is the former co-coordinator for Africans Rising.org movement for justice, peace and dignity and former Ashoka.org Representative for the Sahel supporting innovators. She is a feminist activist and she designs and produces a range of education materials and art events with Falia artist collective and with Kuumbati.com. She has more than 30 years of experience in leading, implementing and evaluating programmes for social justice globally.
