Rahab Njeri
is a PhD historian and activist committed to community and scholarship. Her research areas and academic interests are Postcolonial and Gender Studies, Intersectionality, Black Feminism, Africana Womanist, Critical Whiteness Studies, Black Diaspora, Migration Studies and Black Canadian Studies. She is a trainer in Critical Whiteness, Anti-Black Racism and Critical Intersectional Diversity. Dr. Njeri is a board member of the Health Committee of the City of Cologne, a board member of Postcolonial Heritage of the City of Cologne and the advisory board of ANSA e. V. (DAAD). She is the founder of the Kemet Awards for Achievement in African Languages (KAAAL Awards). She is currently an advisor on racism critique and anti-discrimination policy and strategy development at the University of Cologne.
